Email Support

Email support includes first-level support to investigate issues with sending or receiving email; adding new accounts, creating lists and reducing SPAM. Please keep in mind that the basic email that comes with our hosting plans only includes rudimentary SPAM protection. UJM recommends Google Apps or Microsoft 365 for clients who need a solid, dependable email solution.

Daily Malware Scanning & Cleaning

UJM partners with Sucuri to provide daily scanning of your site to check for malware. If the scan identifies a compromise, a ticket is opened and the cleanup begins the same day.

Software & Content Updates

Most website software like WordPress, Joomla & Magento require regular updates to fix bugs, patch security holes or add new features. The more complex and feature-rich your sites is, the more time is required to apply the updates, test for problems and fix any if they arise. The allotted time in each plan can also be put towards content updates if you find you’re too busy to do them yourself.

Analytics & Monthly Reports

Our maintenance plans include the installation of Google Analytics and the set up of a monthly report that comes directly to you via email.
