Viewing Each Others Google Calendars

Add each other’s calendars to your google calendar page in Gsuite, where you can quickly turn it on and off to check availability.

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left side, click Other calendars.
  3. Click Subscribe to Calendar
  4. You should see our calendars there, just add
  5. Click back arrow to return to main calendar page
  6. Check box to turn other calendars on or off as needed
